All of the necessary information and assistance our customers need to make trades are provided by our Trader Support team. Trader Support account executives are on-call to assist our direct access traders with any problems they encounter and to answer any questions they might have.

Each member of our Trader Support team is a fully licensed registered representative, employee of Scottsdale Capital Advisors, capable of executing your buy/sell orders if your system goes down or if you are simply away from your computer and need to place an order.

Our Trader Support team will help you during all stages of your trading:

  • Software installation
  • Instructions in the use of our software trading tools
  • Manually entering buy/sell orders
  • Account assistance
  • Margin call explanations
  • Trade Queries

After you open a direct access trading account with Scottsdale Capital Advisors, you will be given the direct numbers and ICQ's for our Trader Support staff, for your convenience, so that you may reach them in the most rapid and efficient manner.


Back Office Administration


Our Back Office Admin is second to none. Meticulous organization and rapid reaction to account set up, wiring of funds and all other functions you would expect from a first class firm.


Extended Trading Hours

You may trade on DirectAccessElite from 8:00AM to 6:00PM US Eastern Time. Any trades made after the official market close at 4PM US Eastern Time and our close at 6:00PM will be treated as current day trades.
